What is pre-ordering?

• A pre-ordered product is actually offering an item for sale that is not in stock at the moment, but that will be in stock at a specified date. Customers get the items they want by reserving them in advance before they are officially available, without having to worry about these products selling out. 

Pre-Order Policy: 

• Pre-Order items can take between 4-8 weeks (timing can vary with COVID-19 still affecting the global trade market) to arrive at our business headquarters and will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of their arrival (business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and/or holidays). 

• PLEASE trust and respect the process. Also, note that your method of payment will be charged in full at time of checkout for all pre-orders. Any items that are pre-order will ship out separately from items that are on-hand. We ask that you DO NOT place an order for an item on pre-order if you cannot trust and respect the process.

Important:

• There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any pre-order items. So please be sure that you are ordering the correct product variant i.e., size, color, etc. In the event that you have any questions or concerns please reach out to our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you.
